AXIS STRENGTH CHALLENGE

A test of Strength & Conditioning!

3 Simple events that anyone can do!

 

Events include:

 

Strength and Coordination

 

  1. 1 rep max ground to overhead. (3 attempts to put as much weight overhead as possible using a loaded barbell.)

 

Strength to Bodyweight ratio test

2.Max number of strict Pull-ups 

 

Endurance and Mental Toughness

3. 1 mile timed weighted run. (weighted run/walk)

Awards given to the top three males and females in each age group.
